Born nicholas Alexander Rains to a 19 year-old trumpeter from New Orleans; Nicholas inheritied the gift of music from the sounds that filled his childhood halls. It was in his formation In the womb that he first encountered the mystery that could be contained in the vibrations of its' sound.
The music was always around him. Enveloping him. It was in the emulation of his mother's voice he found his own. The melodic the intervals of Etta James. The melli-sylabic runs of Christina Aguilera. The contemporary artists of the Late 90's / Early 2000's. All of this in addition to the heritage brass of Louisiana served to hone his ears and form the sounds that you are hearing today.
Always the first to take the stage Nick gave his first solo vocal performance at the age of 11 and began his pursuit of uncovering the mysteries of the music that had surrounded him. By age 16 Nicholas' development began to flourish. Learning 15+ instruments, and performing solo in the streets of New Orleans, and local venues. The budding singer/songwriter begain playing in front of crowds of 3000+ People.
By 17 Nicholas was accepted into Louisiana State University due to his merit on the horn. However it was in these years that Nicholas discovered that his love for the contemporary music and desire to perform outweighed that of a career path in classical music. At 19 years of age he set out on a journey. Moving to New Orleans to busk the vibrant streets and pursue his music, however at this time a new passion began to flower; a passion for entrepreneurship. Nicholas knew that if he were to make his dream a reality, he would have to learn how to create great music, market that music, and build an organization.
For three years Nicholas worked with a runway production company in Scottsdale, Arizona just beginning to “get its legs”. Traveling the world and learning the ins and outs of entrepreneurship. It is here that Nicholas was able to hone and develop his ability to Host, Produce Live Events, Market, And Develop Online Presences’.
Nicholas set out in 2018 to start his own organization. Offering his marketing services to companies across the nation.

In 2019 Nicholas married a young woman whom he had met on his travels. She became a catalyst. It was through this partnership that Nicholas began to uncover and face his deep seeded insecurities and scars left from his past. She encouraged him to pursue his passions, to chase his dreams and promised to remain by his side.
As 2020 approached Nicholas embarked on a journey to attend his dream college, Berklee Of Music. After a provisional semester that Fall, Nicholas was fully accepted, pursuing a bachelors in Songwriting & Audio Production.
It is here that we find ourselves, the Summer of 2021. Nicholas now living in Calgary, Alberta is expecting his first child in December 2021. He is also releasing his debut single, “The One I Want Is You” on June 4th 2021. Only the future can tell where all of this will go, but be aware, if you are reading this that you are at the forefront of one of America’s Rising Stars.
